The United States currently does not have any laws regulating the commercial farming of Hemp.
Vote Hemp works with lawmakers in order to create a domestic hemp industry.

In 2002, the DEA tried to ban Hemp Foods. The Hemp Industries Association fought back, and eventually won back the right for American businesses and consumers to use hemp. Today, Hemp foods are one of the fastest growing sectors of the natural foods industry.
