2002 Dear Colleague Letter →
In 2002, the DEA tried to ban Hemp Foods.  The Hemp Industries Association fought back, and eventually won back the right for American businesses and consumers to use hemp.  Today, Hemp foods are one of the fastest growing sectors of the natural foods industry. Here, 21 members of Congress signed their names in support of industrial hemp and the hemp industry.

It's the International Year of Natural Fibers! ... →
The United Nations declared this year to be the international year of natural fibres.  There are events throughout the world promoting and raising awareness of natural fibers as the future of raw materials, sustainablility, and local economies.  Hemp jis one of the best fibers to illustrate all of these, and, just so happens to be one of the fastest growing as well.
